Your application is reviewed on based on the following factors.
o The risk of harm to National Security, if you are admitted.
o The seriousness of your offence(s).
o The stated purpose of entering the United States.
Waivers are granted for periods ranging from one to five years. You will be notified directly by mail. If you change your address during processing, please contact us as soon as possible.
