Pardon Process

As soon as you sign up with us our pardon specialists begin working on your behalf immediately. We take care of all the fine details in order for you to receive your pardon.

We will treat you with the utmost respect and are highly committed in keeping yourinformation confidential. We will be by your side through every step of the process.

THE DESTRUCTION OF YOUR FINGERPRINTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS INCLUDED, THERE IS NO NEED TO APPLY SEPERATELY FOR A FILE DESTRUCTION

After signing up, we will open up a file, assign you a case number.
An information packet is immediately sent to you via email and mail.
We will send you instructions to be fingeprinted. The Purpose of this is to complete a RCMP record search.
Once we have the record search, we will send you out a copy of your convictions report to verify.
At the same time we will be collecting court documents on your behalf to make sure you have completed all sentences have been completed before moving forward.
We facilitate all government enquiries and collect all documentation on your behalf.
We then verify that all documentation received is official, correct and valid.
Once we have received all forms we will require you to conduct a Local Police Check. Instructions will be sent to you.
We will then file and petition your Pardon to the National Parole Board on your behalf.

Depending on the nature of your offence(s), the entire process may take between 6-18 months.

Expedited Services

Applying for a Pardon is not a simple process as filling out a form and sending it in to the Canadian Government like a Passport.

There are a lot forms and legal documents that have to be filled out and collected. The process before it is even sent off to the National Parole Board could take between 6-9 months. This is the normal processing time frame.

We felt that this was a long time to wait and decided to find out ways to speed up this process. Of course there were ways to do this. we just had to work harder!

Other companies just “flag” you file and put you on top of their existing work pile and that’s it. We do just that and a lot more, we actually work more harder and efficient for you.

We tailor each expedited file to meet your needs. If there's a way to work faster we will do it.

Fingerprinting

Expedited Service

Fingerprints are either processed at a private company or a police station
Fingerprints will be then scanned and electronically sent to the RCMP to be processed
Results are mailed back to us

Court Forms and Information

Regular Service

Forms requiring signatures and other information are usually sent in stages and this wastes time due to mailing time. Faxed or photocopied signatures are not sufficient.

These forms and signatures are required to move on to the next stage.

Expedited Service

As soon as our services have been retained all required forms will be emailed or mailed to you to sign. This means that we will have everything signed and completed for the National Parole Board, Courts and Police services. Anything required by these institutions will be signed and completed ahead of time. So when it is requested, we do not require to seek you out to get you to sign them.

City and Town Police Checks

Regular Service

Clients are required to conduct a local police check on their own using instructions we provide.

Expedited Service

We will conduct all local police checks required on your behalf. Generally, we need to conduct a police check in each city you have lived in the past 5 years. We would do this all for you.
