You must get this information purged or destroyed.

Absolute and Conditional Discharges
If you were arrested and given an absolute or conditional discharge you have a criminal record.
Absolute and Conditional Discharges after July 24, 1992 are automatically removed from the RCMP CPIC.
Absolute and Conditional Discharges before July 24, 1992 must be petitioned to be purged.
