Biographies

   Brad Storm Heron

Brad has over 25 years of law enforcement experience. He has worked for Toronto Police, Durham Police and looked after the security department for UPS Canada.

During his many years serving with Toronto police, Brad worked in a number of investigative units and was awarded the police exemplary service medal by then Governor General Adrienne Clarkson in recognition of twenty years of meritorious service to law enforcement.

Brad is constantly praised for his lengths he goes to when fighting your traffic ticket and guiding you through the pardon and U.S Waiver process. Every service we provide receives the same detailed examination and investigation to find any errors or omissions to help win your case.

Brad is also a driving instructor licensed by the province of Ontario. The driving courses offered by Drivers edge utilize all of the training and experience of a number of former police officers and ministry trained experts in the driving field. All of our expert instructors have witnessed first hand the devastation caused by motor vehicle collisions and are dedicated to prevention through education. Classes are offered to new drivers, nervous drivers and those who just don’t think they can ever get their license!

 

 

          Meaghan Kathryn Sutherland


Meaghan’s experience in the legal field ranges from being a volunteer the (V.C.A.R.S) Victim Services Unit for the Durham Regional Police Department to working for the Ministry of Attorney General in the Family Law Department. She was able to network with lawyers, mediators and employees to gain further knowledge of working in the legal system. In 2009 Meaghan graduated from University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) with a B.A. (Honours) in Criminology and Justice Studies.

In 2010 Meaghan returned to school as a graduate student in the Paralegal Graduate Program at Durham College in 2010. She graduated on the Presidents Honour Roll in June of 2011. Her field placement for the program was completed with a well established law firm Creighton, Victor, Hayward, Morison & Hall LLP. This opportunity provided her with experience in criminal law, small claims court and WSIB cases.

In August 2011 she wrote her Paralegal Licensing Exam and received her P1 License with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Since completing her exam, Meaghan has been working at Drivers Edge Ontario and Pardon Granted to better serve clients to the best of her ability.
